OUR FOUNDER’S STORY
Once upon a time, I was searching for all the answers to wellness…
Like many, I believed the key to health was found in what we eat—after all, ‘you are what you eat,’ right? This belief led me to study nutritional medicine, convinced that food was the foundation of wellness.
However, when I began seeing clients for nutritional consultations, I quickly realised that true health goes far beyond the food we put into our bodies. I saw firsthand that wellness encompasses so much more—it’s about how we think, how we feel, and how we live in our society. It’s about the choices we make, often driven by stress, anxiety, or the need to fill a void in our lives. I had also been practising Yoga and went on to obtain practitioner training both in Australia and India to enhance the mind body awareness personally and for my clients.
I soon understood that the power of wellness lies in mindfulness—in practising awareness in our daily choices. When we are truly in tune with ourselves, we shift our outlook on life, learning to treat ourselves with compassion and understanding. We start to make decisions that reflect a deep respect for our body, mind, and spirit. In essence, we learn to self-regulate, and this is where the transformation begins.
As I worked with more clients, I witnessed something remarkable.
The more my clients embraced the mind-body connection, the more they began to change—not just in the way they looked, but in how they moved, spoke, and lived. They became more attuned to themselves, making healthier choices across the board. They wanted to feed their bodies with nourishing, wholesome food, spend time outdoors, smile more, and fully thrive on what life had to offer.
